World renown top celebrity chef Chris Scott will be our special guest and judge at our upcoming 2nd Annual Louisiana SoulFood Fall Festival this coming August 26-28th, 2022 at The Festival Plaza located at 101 Crockett St, Shreveport, LA 71101.
